New Pricing Linked to Enrollment

We are excited to share a pricing approach that scales with you and keeps budgeting simple. Because every EdEHR access point begins inside your learning management system (LMS), we can automatically determine who is active and charge only for the students who actually launch an EdEHR-linked activity.

How it works

• Active students only. Each month we bill for students who open at least one EdEHR activity.
• Attrition handled automatically. If a student stops participating, the LMS connection ensures they are no longer counted.
• Unlimited access once activated. After a learner starts, they can revisit their charting practice as often as needed for the rest of the course.
• No seat juggling. There is no need to pre-buy seats, track license keys, or ask students to subscribe individually—everything flows through your LMS.
• Privacy preserved. We never collect student credit cards, emails, or other personal details—only the information faculty need to coach documentation.

Our standard rate is $3 per active student per month, with faculty access, support, and onboarding included. Programs typically see the first 36 active students covered by the minimum monthly fee.
